Surrounded by his loud but familiar circle of friends, he maintains emotional distance from others, shaped by past experiences that made him wary of unwanted attention. However, his routine is disrupted when he loses his wallet and is contacted by Nathaniel Yuchengco, a confident and slightly teasing college student. What begins as a simple exchange quickly turns into something more unsettling when Nathaniel's bold personality clashes with Yohannes' guarded nature.

Everything escalates when Yohannes experiences a sudden panic attack during one of their meetings, revealing a vulnerability he has long kept hidden-his history with social anxiety. In a moment of chaos and fear, it is Nathaniel who grounds him, offering unexpected comfort and safety. Though shaken and embarrassed, Yohannes cannot ignore how quickly Nathaniel was able to calm him, leaving him confused and unsettled. Torn between retreating back into his safe solitude and confronting these unfamiliar emotions, Yohannes begins to question whether Nathaniel is simply another disturbance in his life-or the very person who might change it.
