Khory has always been too much in the best way too loud, too warm, too full of love. He speaks before thinking, feels before understanding, and gives pieces of himself to people who don't always notice.

Jake is the opposite.

Quiet in a way that isn't shy, just... closed. He moves through life untouched, keeping to himself, saying little. Or at least that's what it seems. People don't get close to Jake. He prefers it that way.

Until Khory.

It isn't obvious at first.
It never was.

It's in the small things. Shared glances that don't mean anything, conversations that appear out of the blue. Khory is already caught in something he can't undo. Jake is unaware that anything has begun at all.

One of them is already in too deep.
The other one hasn't even stepped in.
But feelings don't stay hidden forever.

Not when they're this quiet.
