Bittersweet June [H.S.]

"What the hell just happened?!" I hear her frightened voice next to me.
I turn back and I finally get a glimpse of my savior. She peeks at me from the road then back, then at me again, taking a longer look, her eyes wide, the car slowly slipping off the road.
"Watch out!" I yell and grab onto the wheel as a car approaches in front of us and starts honking to warn us about the oncoming collision.
"Shit!" She curses, and with a sharp turn of the wheel she redirects the vehicle with my help. "Oh my god...!!" She gulps.
"Are you okay?" I ask, my heart racing.
"No!?" Her chest rises and falls just as fast as mine.
"I'm really sorry," I apologize. "I didn't mean to cause you any trouble. But thank you so much for stopping. You literally saved my life."
She doesn't answer, her eyes stay focused on the road. They're heavily sparkling.
Wait... Is she crying?
I wonder if it's because of the jump scare I just gave her, her car almost hitting another, or if maybe she was crying even before I got in.
She doesn't say anything back, she seems to be in shock. Then I remember the double check she gave me just seconds ago, and I realize... I'm Harry f*cking Styles.
