Wilhelmina Byers didn't know
where she belonged in the world. Her entire
life, all she had known is pain and suffering
by the hands of her father. He didn't want a
daughter but he saw it as an opportunity to
assert control over her once her biological
mother died.

adopted by Joyce as a toddler, who had
been living in seclusion and isolation.

One night when will doesn't return home from
playing his dungeons and dragons campaign, at
Mike wheelers house, panic ensues and secrets
are revealed from within the town of Hawkins as
Wilhelmina entails a rescue mission to help find
her brother.

Along side Hawkins chief of police,
Jim hopper, she begins to discover hidden
government secrets. And the fact she lived in
a world she thought she know of is like nothing
she had expected. Including being the one Jim
hopper had his eyes on the entire time.
