Shenanigun : Testaments of youth

In this book, we will be following the story of two main characters from two different period of time, and the people around them, from all of their perspectives.
//-Kenny Vassiliev, an 18-year-old young farm boy, after losing everything and ending up at death's row door, is given a chance-without his consent-by the Persian army to be more useful to them than to the earthworms.
By his side is an amnesiac spirit residing inside a mask, spiritually bound to him, named Leonidas-the only person and object left from his childhood.
During his time in the army, he meets and becomes close friends with an educated Australian boy of the same age, named Jefferson Alexander, and they end up in the same division.
As a dangerous rivalry grows between kenny and a corporal from the House of Mihran-who is also the nephew of the very sergeant holding his career on a leash-they find themselves bound in a forced brotherhood.
In the years when Kenny began his career, a large series of events in the world and in politics shapes his future, career and mentality. He will grow, change, learn, experience and watch as the world brings more than he ever thought possible-from the best to the worst.
//-The Elder: Throughout the book, there will be multiple separate sections titled "The Narrative of an Elder," where we follow the second main character-a mysterious man with a great heart, unnamed but known as the Elder. He uses the identities of others to remain unnoticed and act on his own. We do not know his objective, where he is going, or what he is doing. All we can do is follow and watch.
