Clockspire is a marvel of kinetic architecture, a city that feels less like a collection of buildings and more like a single, massive living organism made of brass and iron. The air is thick with the scent of roasted coffee and metallic oil, hummed over by a constant chorus of rhythmic clipping, clacking, and hissing steam. Everything is polished to a warm, amber glow, lit by gaslight lanterns and the fiery orange flicker of coal-burning furnaces that pulse like a heartbeat from the city's lower levels. The feel of the town is one of organized chaos and communal reliability, and there is a whimsical, hand-crafted charm to every corner. It is a place where a neighbor might use a mechanical claw to hand a fresh baguette to a friend across a gap in the moving street, and where the winding pneumatic tubes provide a constant soundtrack of rushing air. Despite the heavy industrial machinery, Clockspire feels cozy and vibrant-a place where the clunking gears aren't just tools, but the very pulse that keeps the community connected and moving forward.

A decade ago, the doors of Playtime Co. were closed for good, and every employee inside vanished. As the only one who walked away that day, you've spent ten years thinking of what went wrong. And now, you finally have an incentive to go back; a chance to find the lost and rectify the catastrophic errors of the past. To fix their mistakes. To do what should've been done. The factory you once worked at is no longer a place of joy; it's a tomb, a slaughterhouse. They built nightmares in those halls, but they forgot one thing: humans tend to be the most monstrous of all. And the one thing more dangerous than the creatures living inside is the butcher coming home to bury them. (Art by @Amberluvsbugs on Twitter)
