Spring finally comes and Rainie is excited to celebrate it with the Smurfs as they prepar for the annual spring parade. The Smurfs are going to choose someone to be the representative of the parade. However, Gargamel has made a plan to destroy spring by beating Leaf the Nature Fairy. He also will catch the Smurfs after that. In order to save Leaf and spring, the Smurfs and Rainie set off an adventure to stop Gargamel.
(This story is based on the cartoon special "The Smurfs Springtime Special", except Lord Balthazar didn't make an appearance. and the Smurfs live-on-stage performance "Smurfs Save Spring", except Mother Nature is replaces with Leaf.)
