Carly, Sam, Freddie, Gibby, Melanie, Courtney, Casey and Carrie went to record iCarly near the Groovie smoothies where a fan dared Carly to hop on to the street like a bunny, a speeding car came through, Sam nearly got hit but her best friend pushed her out of the way and was unfortunately hit by the car, Carly got hit by the car, despite protecting her best friend, Carly was immediately rushed to hospital thanks to Freddie, Sam, Gibby, Melanie, Courtney, Carrie and Casey's quick thinking to call the ambulance, after the call Sam immediately rushed to Spencer to tell him what happened to his little sister. Luckily Carly does survive but what they didn't know is that these nurses along with Dr Smiley are telepathic and are super smart so they'll know if the person that they are good or bad. If you're good you'll survive and only receive healthy medicine. they'll save lives but if your evil you they'll poison your medicine and kill you in your sleep.
