Graze my Soul

In the silence of the darkness, two tormented souls meet in a hidden corner, like open wounds, grazing each other with fear of causing even more pain.
She, who over time learned far too quickly to hide her own pain in order to try and heal others; he, trapped in terror, in an eternal melancholy, unable to overcome his insomnia.
Two strangers, or so they believe, bound together by silences that speak louder than words and by gazes that recognise each other.
Perhaps, together, they can become something new.
