"I wish I had never met you," Jungkook's voice was cold, sharp like glass.
"I wish you had never stepped into my life."
His eyes held nothing-no warmth, no regret.
"People like you only care about money. Middle-class people... you all are the same. You can sell your pride, your body, your feelings-just for money. You can sleep with anyone if the price is right."
Each word hit Taehyung harder than a slap.
Why does it hurt this much?
I knew he was cruel... I knew he was rude... then why does my chest feel like it's tearing apart?
Taehyung stood there, fingers trembling, trying not to cry.
This is the same man I smiled for every morning. The same man whose coffee I remembered. The same man whose anger I tried to soften without him ever asking.
I fell in love with that rude, harsh, arrogant man...
But when did it happen?
Was it when he ignored me? When he shouted? Or when I saw pain hidden behind his cold eyes?
How did I fall in love with someone who looks at me like I'm nothing?
Jungkook turned away, jaw clenched, fists tight.
Anger burned in him-not just at Taehyung, but at himself.
Because somewhere deep inside, a voice screamed that his words were lies...
and that scared him more than love ever could.
Taehyung swallowed his sobs.
If loving him means breaking myself...
then why do I still want to stay?
