A psychic tugging sensation is experienced whenever a member of the wixen world stumbles upon their mate: be it muggle, creature or another wixen. Upon realising how defective the wixen education system is in Britain at preparing students to uphold the Statute of Secrecy, the Ministry trials a new education model in a bid to close the gap and reduce muggle notice. In 2006, the majority muggle-raised students were randomly allocated to various homestay arrangements. Whereby students attend muggle school during the day and privately studied magic in secret. Those who were raised in the Wixen world only remained being tutored by older muggleborns.

After completing a mandatory year at Hogwarts, Vasillissa Euphemia Potter 'attempts' a normal muggle life. After a whirlwind introductory year to the Wixen world, learning her own story and making new friends. How will Vasillissa fair attending a muggle school in Wales and living with the
Branagh family bunch? What will she make of the Dracula family when they roll into town. Will the Branagh's discover Vasillissa's magical past or will Vasillissa curb her 'saving people' thing masking her magic.

Meanwhile in a bid to escape the mad mobs with pitchforks and slayers in Transylvania, the Dracula's seek new residence in the small town of Stokely. What will Vladimir make of the girl who has an owl as a pet that delivers mail, possesses an undercurrent of power, becomes subconsciously drawn to and he can't help admire her as she stands up to Ingrid. To Ingrid, Vasillissa is competition; becomes an object of envy and something she is determined to pluck like a flower petal by petal.
