What if I told you I was a monster?
I had finally slipped into a normal life. I had a good job and a beautiful girlfriend. It seemed as if everything was perfect.
But everyone has a skeleton in their closet, and I was no exception. When I was sixteen, my younger brother murdered someone in cold blood, and then he disappeared. I never wanted to see him again.
Then one night he came out of the shadows, and my nightmares became real.
In the underground world of fairies and magic, there lurks monsters. My brother is one of those monsters, and everyone in the Half-World calls him the Mad Hatter. He made me what I am, and all I want to do is escape.
