One day I was having a happy life, had friends, heck I even enjoyed school a bit.
But then it all happened, you know how all fairytales have a happy, cheerful ending? Well mine didn't. Mine went all downhill when I decided to walk home by myself... in the dark. You know that feeling when you think you're followed... yeah. Well it turns out that a shadow creature came up behind me and decided to throw (I mean literally throw) me into a portal into Realm... the Shadow Realm to be exact.

Wings of a New Life
When I woke, I wasn't human anymore. The last thing I remember is the impact-a heavy blow, a flash of light, and then darkness. But when my eyes opened again, everything had changed. Under The Wolf's Moon
I was running, it was dark and there were tress everywhere. My long dark wet hair flying everywhere, it stuck to my face covering my eyes. I remember seeing a movie like this once. There was this girl and she was in a city and she was running from someone and she looked back to see if he was still chasing her and she tripped and fell. The guy got her and she thought he was going to kill her. I had always made fun of those girls cause if you were being chased you wouldn't look back you'd keep running. The ground was wet I could feel my feet sliding. I turn my head just enough to see if the creature was still behind me, I tripped over something hard and I fell to the ground face first. My eyes were closed but I could feel as if something or someone was behind me chasing me.Complete

I thought I was normal. That's what I was always led to believe anyways. But then one day a portal opened up in my closet and someone yanked me onto the other side. Now I'm stuck in a different world where apparently magic exists and I'm one of the ten people who can use all forms of it. Crazy, right? A two weeks ago I was a depressed 14 year old kid from Texas. Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun." I never thought my life could make a 180 degree turn . I just wanted to party and enjoy like the rest of the teenagers in the world. Never thought one day I would wake up and see the world differently. Like , bad different. All I know is that my mind doesnt want it. But unfortunately, fate has something else for me. Its bad, terrible and just downright wrong. And it sucks that im intrigued by it so bad and if i dont stop it, itll wreak chaos. Some would have the dillema of choosing what's right and wrong. And thats just easy. But me? Well , I just happen to attract all bad luck in the world that im stuck on choosing between abomination or disaster. You wouldnt wanna be responsible for wiping the whole world's population for unleashing chaos right? Guess I just gonna have to choose whose less evil then. ___________Complete

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor. I'll be the biggest plot twist Fate never saw coming...
