Shattered dignity

the humans couldnt win the war, not against these bloodsucking mosters. knowing that, the human king could only do one thing to keep his people safe, a deal. so after years of an endless battle, the two kings finally met to choose how to handle this in a way that could be advantageous for both sides. but the king of the vampires wasnt going to give in so easily whithout something special just for him. he wanted something.. a human as his pet. but he obviously didnt want any common human that he could easily get himself. and the human king gives in, forced to accept in order to keep safe the people that looked up to him as their protector. but what will the so be chosen "pet" think of all of this?
