She disappeared for a year.

No one asked why. No one knew what happened.
When she returns to a new school, she tells herself it's a fresh start-a place where no one knows her past, where the silence feels safer than the truth. And for a while, it works. The people are kinder. The days feel lighter.

Then she meets him.

With him, the world softens. Laughter comes easier, and for the first time in a long time, she begins to believe that maybe-just maybe-she can be okay again.

Transferred into the same class, the person who once broke her walks in like nothing ever happened. And suddenly, the air feels heavy again. The fear returns. The cracks she tried so hard to hide begin to show.
