DIVIDED WE FALL
After being bitten by a genetically engineered spider, young Peter Parker finds that he now has incredibly enhanced strength, speed and agility. Along with the ability to adhere to any surface, a precognitive spider-sense that warns him of danger and a pair of mechanized web shooters, the idealistic teenager fights against evil as the costumed hero Spider-Man.
Set during the decade of the 1990's, this is a Generation X version of the Amazing Spider-Man story. This is a time when young people believed that they had the power to change the world for the better. In order to make a difference, Peter will need to rely on his friends for help and have the courage to believe in good.

LAST ISSUE:
A daring rescue by the amazing wall crawler saves the lives of Shan Nguyen and Carlie Cooper. What follows is the first confrontation between Spider-Man and Venom. It is a violent struggle that rages across Manhattan late at night. One thing becomes perfectly clear to the hero. This evil monstrosity is unstoppable. Venom is the most fearsome and deadly enemy that the hero has ever faced. Now, he must do whatever is necessary to keep the people of New York safe.
Despite the dangers involved with being a superhero, Felicia Hardy wants to help. She is the Black Cat. It is the only way the young woman can be a part of Peter Parker's life. Her love for the idealistic young man leads her to assist him in his quest to prevent Venom from killing innocent people. Traveling to Pennsylvania, they hope to learn more about the creature's insane plan to clone himself. However, it seems like there may be no way to stop this terrible demon from hell.
