Riley Richardson has what you'd call a guardian angel except this one doesn't protect her it heals her but there's a catch he can only heal her by kissing her wounds, and who says mummy's kisses didn't make it all better?

"But your bleeding!" Liam shouts through my bedroom door pounding relentlessly as a irritated blush warms my cheeks "I'm not hurt idiot" I yell pressing my face into my pillow "then why was there blood on your pant-oh" I hear him say, that's it. I jump off my bed and stomp towards my door ripping it open "GET OUT!" I scream at him and slam the door shut in his face, there's a brief silence then I hear Liam speak again quieter this time "well call me if you um have cramps" with that I hear his retreating footsteps down the stairs and out the front door. I run back to my bed lying face first and let loose a frustrated scream

Sometimes he can be so...so annoying!

It's the last year of high school, and everything has changed . . . ***** After a summer spent in the Philippines, Lara Dela Cruz is eager to start her senior year and, most importantly, reunite with her three besties. But what she did not expect was to show up on the first day of school to all three of her friends now in relationships. Fighting for their attention, catching some new and confusing feelings for long-time frenemy James, and wading through the pressures of post-high-school plans all have Lara reeling. And to make matters worse, Lara's beautiful and untrustworthy cousin conveniently appears and wiggles her way right between her and James' budding relationship. Feeling like a third wheel in more ways than one, Lara must learn to accept that change is inevitable, love is complicated, and being the odd one out is sometimes where inner power is found.
