The Ascendant

In a world where reality itself is shaped by an unseen force known only as Essence, power is not given... it is awakened.

Essence flows through all things. It breathes in the wind, burns within the earth, and lingers in the soul of every living being. Most will live their entire lives never touching it. But for the rare few who awaken, Essence becomes something far more dangerous, a weapon, a language, a truth that can reshape existence itself.

The world is divided by ancient clans, each one mastering a different expression of Essence. Some bend it like flame, others wield it like thought, and a few... distort it into something unnatural. These clans do not simply compete. They rule, they erase, they decide who is worthy of power and who is meant to be forgotten.

At the center of it all is a boy who was never meant to awaken.

When his Essence manifests, it does not follow the rules. It does not belong to any clan, any element, or any known form. It feels... infinite. Unstable. Alive.

Hunted by those who fear what he might become and sought after by those who wish to control him, he is forced into a world of silent wars, godlike beings, and truths buried deeper than history itself. The more he grows, the clearer it becomes:
