"Listen to me! Y/n, I am giving you four options Y/n, okay? FFA Club, Volleyball, Wrestling- or Cheerleading. You need to do something after school for extra-curricular". My mom stood in the kitchen, hand on her hip, a stern frustrated expression, leant against the Marbella counter. "You will pick one. Or you can turn in your phone to me for good, and you'll start working with your dad in the office again". She glared at me, I stood with my arms crossed. I groaned throwing my head back. "And you need to pick soon before school starts, your father is not paying for you to go to this private school, just for you to mess around all day". "I get it! I will", I bit back, looking off to the side. "I'm not letting you do what you did last year, this shit is important". She stated, pointing her finger down, sometimes her lecturing felt like it lasted for hours. "Do you know what you want to do?" She asked, her gaze never leaving, glaring at me. I remembered the girls in FFA last year were always rude, they bullied me, I thought about wrestling and frowned, rolling my eyes. "I don't know... volleyball?" I said unsure and eyed her in defeat. "Once I buy you the sports shit you aren't aloud to quit, or you can say goodbye to your phone, and going out". I nodded in understanding. "Yep". • • • School was around the corner, I had just transferred to a new school because of the last year

"Victoria Rowe is a human metronome. Reliable. Consistent. And utterly forgettable." To the skating world, eighteen-year-old Victoria Rowe is the girl who never falls-and the girl who never wins. After a devastating twelfth-place finish at the 2025 World Championships, the critics are louder than ever: Victoria is "safe." She's a "double-jump specialist." She's a relic of an era where playing it cool was enough. But Victoria has a secret. In the quiet, midnight hours of frozen rinks, she isn't the ballerina Arthur, her controlling coach, wants her to be. She is a powerhouse landing quads that aren't supposed to be possible. Fed up with the labels and the limitations, Victoria makes a choice that shocks the skating world: she leaves the only coach she's ever known for the high-velocity camp of Tatiana Malinina. Training alongside the "Quad God" himself, Ilia Malinin, Victoria must do more than just find her technical edge-she has to find her voice. From the Grand Prix circuit to the bright lights of the 2026 Olympics, Victoria is no longer playing for a clean sheet. She's playing for a revolution. Because the only thing more dangerous than a girl who can jump is a girl who has nothing left to lose. number 1 in #figureskating on 02/09/26 number 1 in #skating on 02/10/26 number 1 in #ilia on 02/10/26 number 1 in #milan on 02/10/26 number 1 in #teamusa on 02/20/26 number 1 in #winterolympics on 02/22/26 *Please keep in mind that I myself am not a figure skater!
