Adalei, an unemployed 23 year old, was recruited to be a scientist in one of the most mysterious lab known to mankind.

He wasn't sure if he even fit the description of an evil, mad scientist. He even failed multiple job interviews, so how can they find him suitable for such a dangerous job?

Adelei continued working for the Millie Laboratory as some kind of an errand boy? But after three years, he got promoted to be an assistant to one of the most overworked and determined scientist ever recorded Millie lab's history.

Dr. Asher Burrow was... kind of a quiet guy? Adelei wasn't sure, he could be a creep or a pervert or something.

But as days passed, weeks turned to months of Adalei being Dr. Burrow's assistant, they had formed some kind of mutual understanding? Something deeper than companionship, something deeper than a simple friendship.

But as Adelei continued being loyal to the Milie Laboratory, he noticed a lot of strange things going on within the lab. He mostly heard children screaming.. is there something more within than a simple lab facade?
