Interior de Minas gerais, Rafael acabara de se mudar do paraná com sua mãe, parcialmente surdo, e sem habilidade de fazer amigos ele se sente perdido em meio a sua nova vida. Seu vizinho Samuel, é um jovem extremamente extrovertido e curioso, curiosidade essa que o faz se aproximar cada vez mais do garoto até se tornarem melhores amigos. Com o passar dos anos, desenvolvem grande proximidade, até o dia em que Rafael recebe a notícia de que se mudariam novamente. Rio de janeiro, Copacabana. 6 anos depois, Samuel, vai para o Rio para uma entrevista de emprego. E por acaso, ou obra do destino, se reencontra com Rafael. Agora mais velhos, os garotos tem muito o que conversar, será se o tempo os aproximara denovo? Ou ele guarda coisas que nenhum dos dois poderiam esperar?
