The Spirit World and the Human World used to be one. Then humans turned away from the Earth, and the worlds split apart violently. Now, only splinters of space-time connect them. The bridges between the worlds are growing unstable. The fate of the worlds may rest on Chihiro, now 18, who has no memory of her time in the Spirit World. That is, if Haku will let her get involved.
