There is a talent draft for the leader of each team to pick a monster hunter from that school system in a draft. This year's class is especially strong. Except for one outlier among them. Katchi. In a world where they are born with mutation abilities. This young boy is born with none. He faces the many hardships of being powerless in a powerful society that is until one day when everything change. On a walk home from school he is discovered by a mysterious creature. This creature grant him special powers as long as he can fulfill the creatures mission for him.
