Said is dead! - Don't use said that much, use verbs like stated, bellowed, spoke, announced etc. Or describe how they said it or what they were doing when they spoke; said loudly, he said as he picked up his glass full of wine, she said as she threw herself on the chair etc.)
Maybe break the fourth wall!!! (Example: How do I know, I'm just the narrator!) ]
