Rain gets accepted into her dream university, ready to focus on her goals and enjoy her college life. She has her own standards when it comes to guys-**TMHR**: Tall, Moreno, Handsome, Rich. Yung may kotse, may class, at galing sa kilalang pamilya. For her, it's just a simple preference, nothing more.

Then she meets Kiro.

He's her classmate, neighbor in the same condo, and unexpectedly... someone who fits every standard she has. Despite his background, Kiro is calm, decent, and easy to be around. They start as friends. Dahil magkalapit lang sila ng unit at same course, madalas silang magkasama-hanggang sa masanay na lang sila sa presensya ng isa't isa.
