The salty sea smells gave way to the hot dry air as we drove away. The sound of crashing waves ceased and we left Chaser Cove. Tears tracked down my cheeks as I watched the small sea side town fade into the distance. Okay I know what your wondering, why the hell is that 17 year old girl crying? Well let's rewind this story to the beginning where this all started. Before all the fights and break ups, before all of us hauling ass when we ran from the cops, and even before we came to Chaser Cove. All the way to the beginning of our last summer.
