James Bond faces self-doubts over his future with the Cold War now in the rearview mirror, but MI6 calls him into action again as he must investigate the ties between a radicalized Hong Kong businessman and a powerful Japanese technocrat. 007's adventure takes him from the streets of Tokyo to the docks of Busan as he must work with undercover operative Maya Asano to uncover the truth. However, what he finds is a new kind of threat, a war started not by gunshots, but by keystrokes. As if that wasn't enough, Bond soon realizes that he may have stepped into the enemy's trap long before he ever accepted the mission.
