Rei knows exactly how his village will end up. He remembers the curses lunging around, letting out a screeching metallic sound. about the guards in the white uniforms that raid the village and about spending his life on the impure side. He lived through the disaster once, a ghost hiding in a world of gray rain and shadows.

Rei is ten years old again. He is back in his childhood, which was taken away from him due to being
seen as a curse from the pure side. They send curses over to his side from time to time. He ends up standing with his friends who think they will have a normal childhood despite being on the impure side. They still play games and sit by the river like always. To them it's just a normal day on their side, but Rei already knows what's about to come.

With the memories of a man trapped in the body of his little self, Rei gets a second chance to change the world. He doesn't know how much time he has left, but he is determined to save his village this time and to protect those he loves.
