Being from the wrong side of the tracks makes you a target. It doesn't matter which side, because the other side is always the wrong one. The Jones twins were from the Southside, but they went to school on the Northside. Their dad, mostly an alcoholic deadbeat as of late, was a Southside Serpent. Talk about targets. Junebug Jones had made it her life's goal to make everyone forget; her name, where she was really from, and the state of things with her family. She had a carefully curated made-up life. The balance was delicate, she had to look and act the part of a Northsider, which didn't come naturally. Jughead wasn't one for these theatrics. He stayed a target. But Junebug? She had become very good at playing her part.

And then Jason Blossom died.
