After many eons, the war between the Autobots and Decepticons has finally come to an end, and a fragile peace has returned to Cybertron. But that peace is threatened when the renegade Decepticon warlord Straxus and his minions escape to Earth aboard a prison ship carrying dangerous Decepticon criminals. After receiving a vision from the Matrix, Optimus Prime comes out of retirement and is joined by five of his most loyal allies to pursue Straxus and stop whatever he is planning.
When both the Autobots and Decepticons crash-land on Earth near a place called Adventure City, they soon cross paths with the city's finest rescue team, the Paw Patrol. Together, the two teams must learn to work side by side to stop whatever disasters, schemes, or chaos the Decepticons unleash. But Straxus is not the only threat they face, as escaped Decepticons and troublesome human villains create new dangers of their own.

If I may, can I ask a question? Are all humans equal? As a wise man once said, "Heaven does not create one person above or below another." People like to throw these words around. That's not the whole quote. It goes on to talk about how, at birth everyone is equal, but things like effort and situation change their value. However, this quote was said before Affinities came into existence. Now, the simple answer is no. Equality ended the moment Affinities appeared. The rarer your Affinity, the higher your worth. The hierarchy was never about effort. It was about what you happened to be born with. Some people train their whole lives and could never hope to destroy a building. Others open their eyes and reality bends around them. So, are all humans equal? Maybe at birth. The sound of a liar isn't something that one could describe Decades ago, a single man wrote the fairytale of a mischievous puppet that had a bad tendency to lie. Everybody in Krat knows the story. Not because of it's message, but because of one man that loved that story more than anyone else. That man would bring the fairytale to life, but by giving a fiction life, it caused death to the nonfiction. His creations turned on the people it was created for, and a holocaust of humanity was set in motion. It's only fitting that the puppet that started it all would be the one to finish it.
