- The story begins with a city academy called Kivotos. A place where students with halos on their heads compete with each other using firearms for personal gain. Sensei, a kind and gentle female teacher, was also worried about this situation.
- But everything changed with the appearance of a young man wearing a metal mask and riding a motorcycle. He calls himself Kamen Teacher. A person is said to use force to discipline students, but does he actually do so?
