SPORE:
Spore is a book about a zombie apocalypse on a planet known as Arcadia. The year is 2035 and it has been three years since the apocalypse started. Arcadia holds humans who have unnatural features, though here, it is completely natural. If you have none of these strange features you are known as a 'mutant'. The zombie apocalypse has two distinct diseases, Formicidae Disease and Rabbit's Illness. These and plot details will be covered in the epilogue.
The book doesn't have a main character, all characters will be covered equally, and these individuals in particular are within groups two at war (as well as two rogues). This book will have drawn characters and diversity.
