Seline Mikaelson is an adoptive daughter of Esther and Mikael Mikaelson. She was turned alongside Finn, Elijah, Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah. While growing up, she had a traumatic childhood which she doesn't remember. The Mikaelsons adopted her and treated her as their own. When the Original siblings turned, Esther also turned Seline into one of the Original Vampires. Not knowing that this action towards Seline alone would and could destroy the whole world.

Seline isn't just any Original Vampire. She was also a werewolf and a witch. Though, her witch side has been disabled when she became a blood-feeding monster. With Esther's spell, Seline is immune to other witches' magics. She also practices magic-like abilities with the Cold Ones (The Volturi).

Her whole life, everyone fancied her. Including her dear adoptive brothers. All men threw themselves at Seline, and that made her leave home and the Mikaelsons.

While traveling, she met the Cullens. She stayed wirh them and they welcomed her as family. She almost became Edward's bride. Until the Volturi found out about her and her abilities. They instantly took her away.
