Teach Me Wrong

A Forbidden Lines story -

I knew the rules.

Don't look too long.
Don't stay too late.
Don't want something that was never meant for me.

Mr Ross never crossed the line.

Not at first.

He was patient. Controlled. Careful in the way he watched me... like he already knew how this would end.

And I let him.

I let the attention linger.
I let the silence stretch.
I let myself want something I couldn't explain... and didn't try to stop.

By the time I realized something was wrong...

I was already too deep.

They would call it obsession.
They would call it manipulation.
They would call him dangerous.

But they weren't there.

They didn't feel the way he looks at me.
The way he says my name like it means something.
The way everything else disappears when it's just us.

I knew better.

I just didn't stop.
