I woke up to my phone going off, when I checked the time.... It was 3:30 pm. "Holy shit I slept in this late?!" I thought to myself as I silenced my phone and rolled back over in my bed. I really had no reason to sleep in this late, other than writing music all night. I've been single basically my whole life because I could never find someone that was so intensely into music as I was. My mom always calls me to ask how my love life is doing since I moved out of my family's house to move to LA to pursue my music career. I'm only 19 so I can't just ignore my moms calls, but I always know how she will start the conversation, "hello hon, how's the music life treating you? Any men in your life yet?" As soon as I rolled over my phone went off again, and when I checked my caller ID, of course it had to be my mom......

"Treasure what're you doing awake by this time". I heard my mum voice trailing behind. I shivered,I knew perfectly the rules of not being awake by this time. I would only get scolded at and maybe my phone seized. But it's not really my fault for wanting a distraction from my messy life.
