What does an alternate Steven Universe history look like when you throw out the rulebook?

This is my pitch for a Steven Universe Reboot - and unlike the original, we're not playing it safe. Rebecca Sugar already did the careful, planned-from-the-start version beautifully. This is the opposite. This is a reboot, and that means we have every right to go **crazy** with it.

I'm an entry-level writer, so this is just a glimpse of what this story could become. If any writers out there - say, **Lucky Strife Art** - want to reach out and help push this further than either of us could alone, my inbox is open. Let's make something wilder than anyone expects. "The New Steven Universe show" is the start of a NEW canon - none of the previous game/comic/movie (or any spin-off lore) applies. It's an adaptation, so there may be references/Easter eggs calling back - but old lore does not import into new lore."
