Off grid, somewhere off the beaten path, sits the town of ShadowVale, a town that you won't find on any map. A town where the rumors are louder than those who live there. One day 20 year old Noelle Witfield ventures into the town, where her life will never be the same again. She quickly catches the attention of the leaders of the town, the "veiled council".
