A self-proclaimed princess diva, he floats through the ruins of the old carnival in a glittering gown, wand in hand, turning darkness into something beautiful and unapologetic.

By his side is Pip, his non-binary elf friend, sharp-tongued and fiercely loyal, who believes every creature deserves to write their own story. And then there's Willow, Pip's shy little sister - cautious, quiet, and terrified of stepping out of line... until Billy shows her that being scared doesn't mean you can't be brave.
