What Was this Book Called

This is a bxb story I am looking for.

Boy 1 is just returning to school after a year or more away due to an "attempt". He either has one brother named Nate/Nathan or is one of a set of triplets with one brother and one sister. Before his attempt he used to dance and he does art. His parents are vets and they live above the clinic they work at.

Boy 1 sees Boy 2 in the parking lot of the school and is warned to stay away from him by his brother and is dubbed the "bad boy". Boy 2 and Boy 1's brother are enemies.

At one point Boy 1 goes on a walk and comes upon Boy 2 at a dance studio teaching little kids.

Boy 1 has a bad day at school one day so Boy 2 takes him to a house that the mayor allows kids to come and graffiti. They both make art together. Later in the book Boy 2 informs Boy 1 that his art was seen by the Mayor and that she now wants Boy 1 to come and paint a mural in city hall.

Another scene is Boy 2 is staying the night at Boy 1's when Boy 1 self harms in the bathroom and has a pain attack. Boy 2 takes care of him and they stay in the living room all night together.

I remember Boy 1 eats a lot of fruit bowls and has to take special, protein powder maybe?, due to his attempt cause he lost a lot of blood. Boy 2 helps make his smoothies for him when over at his house.
