An unexpected heroine (Legolas x reader)

Y/n a girl from Rohan who has taken up residence near the prancing pony falls into unknown trouble when a group of hobbits are in need of help. Her whole life y/n does not think she worthy of the adventures the heroines in the novels she reads face but when the girl is thrown head first into this adventure there isn't much she can do.

Follow y/n, our unlikely heroine and the tenth member of the fellowship. And a potential love triangle.....

Legolas stood in front of the girl as she rocked on the balls of her feet.
"Well," y/n drew the word out.
"I suppose this is goodbye," As stated early y/n was never a big fan of goodbyes. Legolas stepped forward and wrapped his arms around y/n, she placed her face into the crook of his neck.
"I'm not leaving," He breathed into her hair.
"Your not?"
"No, I couldn't leave you, not in this lifetime or any other,"
