Centuries after humanity abandoned Earth and rebuilt its civilization on the distant exoplanet K2, the vessel Artemis is finally heading home. Six crew members drift through the silent dark, carrying rare samples collected from a planet the world has long declared lifeless.

But somewhere during the journey back, something changes.

A member of the crew is found dead inside a sealed research module. The oxygen supply was cut deliberately. No signs of intrusion. No way anyone could have entered or left unnoticed. In the vast emptiness of space, the truth becomes unavoidable: the killer is still on board.

As Chief Commanding Officer Makareth Liens begins to search for answers, the quiet return mission turns into a tense race against time.
