AU explanation :
Chuuya is adopted by Inko at birth, then at the age of 5 he got taken, as we know in the canon BSD timeline.
In this Chuuya is sent to Aldera Junior high, the middle school the canon Izuku goes to, for a Port Mafia mission.
Bakugo, was still Midoriya's childhood best friend so when Izuku (Chuuya) was taken, he simply assumed that he had moved away.
Chuuya, is known under the false identity Izuku Midoriya to his classmates in Aldera Junior high during his time in the mission.
Bakugo and his friends still bully Izuku like in the canon events. In this AU, everything is pushed back by a year, meaning Dazai joined the PM at 14 and met Mori at 13. Dazai also recruits Chuuya at the age of 14 and this is placed when Chuuya had been in the mafia for about two months
