So - I have an idea and some words to paper on this story... it would be nice to get some feedback on whether I should go on so here's the description and a prologue:
*Being the Boss is one hell of a job - one has to think, speak and act for a whole organization of people. Tough stuff, let me tell you, and this organization not being what could legitimately be called "legal" does possibly complicate things a tad bit more.
More than 10 years after running a smooth (for the most part, minus some murders and arrests and such daily business) and lucrative industry, weeding (get it?) out assholish competitors and basically, being awesome, The Kist Pack is facing some of its biggest irritations yet. Old rivals resurfacing, federal investigations, betrayals and, worst of all, a baby sister with a boyfriend!
Will this Boss, while speaking in third person, get through this crap stronger than ever or dead in a ditch, she wonders...

These people go missing from days to years. Niall is building up his own company to compete against his dad. As soon as Niall company starts growing, his father pushes a woman on him to take care of. Haven Posh has been in a basement since she was a baby. She was kidnapped months after she was born. Niall's dad is the person to find Haven and save her, but none of Haven family are around for her to go back to. Not only that, Haven can't do anything for herself. The only thing she can do is clean herself and read, but don't know what any of the words mean or what she's reading. What happens when Haven ends up in Niall's care? I grabbed my glass, sliding hers to her and taking a long drink as she hesitantly reached out to take her glass. I watched her staring at the brown liquid in the glass, looking to be debating. The BAU team gets called to Elroy, Wisconsin to investigate murders of five young people, three women and two men in their twenties, having nothing but their appereance in common. The thing disturbing to most of the team is the fact all the victims look similiar to someone they know. Hotch orders Reid to stay at the station because he's worried about te doctor. The unsub is one of the most difficult ones the team had to deal with so far, so after the team, excluding the young doctor, and most of the officers leave to arrest possible suspect, they find it was a fake call, they come back to devasted place, the officers that stayed behind all lying on the floor, not remembering anything that has happened since their colegues left, and of course everyone's worst fear came true, the unsub got Reid. Later two other bodies are found, one female and one male, neither of them being able to get identified, until the unsub is caught, when getting asked about the FBI agent's wherabouts only replies with "Thought you would find him by now" while having satisfied smirk on his face. No one can tell wheter the unsub is bluffing or not, and as much as the team wishes he was, while discovering the unsub's hideout they find some of his victims alive, their worst fear being confirmed. In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!
