Beneath His Claim

This is my first time writing a fanfiction inspired by the world of the ABO Desire series and the characters I deeply admire-Gao Tu and Shen Wen Lang. In my heart, they deserve something more... a story filled with warmth, healing, and the kind of love that does not end in regret.

This version is entirely my own interpretation, separate from the original storyline, created to give them a different fate-one where their bond can unfold beyond pain.

Shen Wen Lang is an S-tier Alpha-ruthless in the business world, feared for his precision and cold judgment. Yet, he is not a man who relies on deception; his victories are earned through strength and clarity alone. Beneath that unshakable exterior lies a solitary existence. Raised without the warmth of parental affection, he grew up under the care of a nanny, learning early that loneliness is a constant companion. At twenty-eight, he walks Jiang Hu alone, carrying the quiet weight of a life untouched by genuine connection. His pheromones carry the sharp, lingering note of Irish scent-cold, distant, and impossible to ignore.

Gao Tu, in contrast, is an omega with a gentle sage scent, living a life far removed from power and influence. He works as a doctor, choosing simplicity over the expectations of the powerful family he was born into. Surrounded by alphas, he remains the only omega-overlooked, dismissed, and quietly forgotten. Though he is a dominant omega by nature, his existence within his family has always been one of absence rather than belonging.

So he leaves.

Now living alone in a small apartment near Jiang Hu Hospital, Gao Tu builds a quiet life for himself-one defined not by status, but by survival.

Two solitary souls.
One bound by instinct.

And when their paths finally cross, what begins as control may become something far more dangerous-
