The world's become a chaotic place since the first appearance of the Avengers. Not nearly as chaotic as Tony Stark's world though.
In a drunk moment of generosity he offered his Stark Tower to be used as the Avengers Headquarters. For most of the Avengers, this was a temporary solution.
Thor spent most of his time on Asgard.
Clint tried to be with his family more often and Natasha is with him.
Bruce prefers to live solitary and only comes over when he needs the lab.
This only leaves Captain America, Steve Rogers, America's idol, no matter what title he carries it doesn't make him immune to the struggle of finding a place to live in New York City.
That's how the Avengers Tower became his home, their home. Captain America and Ironman living together for the undetermined future.
As both struggle to adjust to their new living situation, Tony's newly discovered daughter, tensions rise.
No matter how hard they try to deny it, everyone can see the way they look at each other.
Longing.
Desire.
Love.
