Marcella Flint is the younger sister of Marcus Flint, though she'd rather not admit it to anyone who did not know of her older brother, for he became a cruel hunter of muggle-born and half-blood children who fought for the better side of the war.

Voldemort had won, Harry was missing and the Death Eaters had taken control of the Ministry. All witches and wizards had to submit or die, and overseeing those who were supposed to be kept in line was Marcella under the guise of Lune and another mysterious figure, Noct.

There were prisoners going missing under her watch, and she is tasked to find out who is aiding their escape when that too is what she wants. A quiet life away from the new dark veil descending upon the world.

Marcella asks her partner, Noct, to help her find the culprit before Voldemort decides to kill her. But more trouble brews in the new government, theories of which are based on prophecy. While hunting for the traitor, Marcella is to be married to Draco Malfoy, the Dark Lord's chosen puppet.

He seems too familiar for her to just walk away. Draco has secrets of his own, and she wants to know and use it against him-for she blamed him for everything and nothing will ever remedy that.
