The Ethereal Saga - Volume Three - The Creator's War

In the beginning, there was nothing but endless Chaos and Time. Eternities passed by and the Primordial being, Kronos, did enjoy its peace. At the turn of the universe, two more beings emerged. The entities of the Darkness and the Light. These primordial beings sought existence, and life emerged. Two diverging but ever intertwining beings of opposition constantly conflicting. Soon, the worlds created by these beings clashed. An endless bloody war ensued for many ages. Each with their own peoples, heroes, champions and zealots. The Creators' war spread from the very highest peak of heaven to the lowest trench of hell. The horrors and the atrocities enraged Kronos and existence itself shook. From out of the chaos, freed by the tremors, climbed Medial. A primordial being of balance, it did force the realms of the light and dark apart to ensure everlasting peace.
Millennia later, that balance was destroyed, when the Shade known as Lestrat led the champions of darkness to genocide the Realm of Ethereum.

Alex Caper had long imagined he's living a coming-of-age story, but through suffering and grief, has come to realise he finds himself at the centre of an ancient war.

His friends dead, scattered or damaged, the great quest lies in pieces. Their next steps uncertain, he and his remaining allies must find their way forward but time grows short, in more ways than one. The prophecy has begun and the future of all existence will rest on the shoulders of a few. The war reignited, will face its final end.
