Finally, the world was saved, and the Avengers had a break at last. Hydra was destroyed, and no more souls would be tortured, no more lives lost, and no more bad guys to fight. That's what they thought.
A new organization has made itself known on the map. Small, but powerful. More powerful than they've seen before. Project H.O.U.N.D., a powerful organization owned by one of the world's most renowned mob owners, Romano Gefahr. Can the Avenger beat him and his pack of hounds he's spent years to create? Or will the world fall to destruction once more?

Project H.O.U.N.D., or Housing of Obedient Unbound Nutrilizing Destroyers, is a new German organization that preys on young souls and makes them into monsters, dogs that are to listen to every order, or they die.
