Rosemarie plays a quiet role in perfecting the Super Soldier Serum for Project: Rebirth. She eventually meets Steve Rogers, slowly learning that he truly is the best of humanity and is different from the rest. After the serum's success is overshadowed by her father's sudden death, Rosemarie is left to carry both his legacy and the weight of everything that followed-especially as when it comes to Johann Schmidt and the growing threat of HYDRA.
Determined not to let her past define her, Rosemarie joins Steve and the Howling Commandos in their fight to bring HYDRA down. As she pushes through lingering trauma and difficult memories, she is determined in aiding in Schmidt's demise. Along the way, however, she must also confront her own heart-grappling with feelings for Steve that she keeps carefully hidden, convinced his love belongs to another- or so she thought.
