Zeyphr Anderson, a 28-year-old businessman, wants to expand his empire further. When he's met with feisty Amaya Alaska, who refuses to give up one thing that's too dear to ask. Though that doesn't stop zeyphyr to achive his goals. Risk is something he has always taken.

Amaya finds herself in an unusual situation when she encounters Zephyr.
It all starts when Zephyr wants to build a Beach City Contract on Oroosa Beach. However, Amaya's grandmother left her a will that firmly states that Grand Villa will be gifted to Amaya after she passes away. How will the matter settle when Amaya refuses to give up on one thing she loves to the heart?
On the other hand, Zephyr has already invested heavily in that contract and certainly believes that he can change Amaya's stance. what He dosen't know is that she grew up without parents
and certainly is a strong-willed woman who doesn't give up easily.

"I can make an offer you certainly cannot deny," Zephyr says with his deep voice and sheer confidence that it almost took me a minute to process my thoughts.

"I don't think you can name any number that will change my mind," I tried to reply with the same seriousness while staring back at his soulless eyes. But I didn't miss the bicep muscles that reflected underneath his expensive suit.

"I want to have your piece of land for my contract. You can name anything of sorts, and I assure you that I will accept-''
"You can take your money and shove it up your semicolon" I bluntly replied while standing up and gathering my belongings. ''There is no deal you can reach that will compel me to sell my property to you. Thank you very much."

Little did she know that very soon she would be standing against him in his very office.
